What is FCYLA?
The Fulton County Youth Leadership Academy is a project developed from the 2007 Fulton County Leadership Academy adult program.  It's purpose is to expand awareness of the positive aspects of Fulton County and to develop a sense of community responsibility among high school students.  FCYLA is sponsored by the Rochester and Lake Manitou Chamber of Commerce.

Who Can Participate?
The Academy is open to high school juniors residing in Fulton County.  Participants are selected through an application and interview process.

How Much Does It Cost?
The Academy is funded through community onations and grants.  Partipants are not access a fee.

Program
Participants meet for 1/2 day each month
The academy begins in September and concludes in April
FCYLA sessions are held in Rochester at the Fulton County Public Library
