Trinity Healthcare provides skilled services in the home.
The counties that we cover are: Fulton, Kosciusko,
Pulaski, Marshall, Cass, Miami, and Howard. Our agency
is Medicare/Medicaid Certified, in network with Blue Cross
Blue Shield, and accept other insurance & private pay.
We specialize in ACCELRATED CARE PLUS programs, using patented
modalities in our therapy treatments. We have many other
specialized programs, using patient disease-specific pathway
teaching, and a multi-discipline approach. Our
nurses are trained with the wound vac, and our entire staff is
educated in wound care. We can also provide in-service
educational presentations on any health related topic.
